Gregory Monroe Shreve is Professor Emeritus of Translation Studies at Kent State University and Adjunct Professor of Translation at New York University. Professor Shreve is the former Director of one of the first comprehensive Translation Studies programs in the United States. Shreve has published several books including Translation as Text, Cognitive Processes in Translation and Interpreting and Translation and Cognition.
